Established for 10 years

Started in 2013, Clean Sweeps has been providing expert sweeping maintenance to solid fuel appliances to Lincoln and surrounding rural areas. NACS certified, we issue house insurance certificate as standard, mandatory for most home and landlord insurance policies.

Meticulously clean

We cover most areas of solid fuel maintenance and repairs including sweeping, pressure tests, CCTV camera surveys and recordings, bird cowls, CO alarms, stove repairs such as heat ropes, glass replacements, heat bricks baffle plates etc. We do some chimney stack repairs but it depends on height / access.

Modern Equipment

Using the latest equipment for sweeping using powered rotary equipment, we can remove nests in awkward areas and scrub liners clean of soot and creosote deposits. For old properties or blocked flues, we offer CCTV services to survey and record video footage of the inside of the flue, perfect for identifying problems with brickwork, midfeathers or liner deterioration.

Started with a sweep of my chimney, which was faultless. Very clean and attentive. Progressed into fitting a flue cube to stop downdraft problems on a short chimney. Very attentive, careful and professional installation, carried out a proper job and kept everywhere very neat.
